The main thing that trips people up with bulk orders is getting everyone’s details together in one go. Before you order, it helps to have:

• Names (and how each person wants theirs spelled or shortened)

• Occupation or title wording, if you’re including it

• Your logo file, if you’d like it UV printed onto the badges. Ideally in a vector format (SVG, EPS, adobe illustrator)

• Any brand colours or fonts you’d like matched

Send that through in an email or spreadsheet and we can quote, invoice and produce the whole team’s badges together, so everything comes out matching.

Because badges are made to order, they do take some lead time — at the moment we’re running 10–15 business days, with rush options available if you’re up against a deadline (a new staff member starting, an event, or a uniform refresh).
