Please remember that we are a small business run by two sisters. We design and physically custom-make all our products here in The Humble HQ.

On the side of The Humble Gift Co., Tea is a busy mum of five, and Chantelle has a young son & newborn daughter and is a dedicated RN.

We strive to ship all orders within our turnaround time (unless express processing is selected). However, there are times when life gets in the way, or the order volume is so high that it simply takes us a little longer to fulfil all your orders. We will always get in touch with you if there is a delay, and our inbox is always open for you to reach out.

Please note that if your order requires a draft approval to be sent to your email, and it is not responded to promptly, your order may be delayed beyond the outlined processing times.

Regarding event signage, if your wedding or event is more than 2 months away, we may take a little longer than our standard processing time to complete your order due to current demand and prioritisation of orders due to event dates.
