Please remember that we are a small business run by two sisters. We design and physically custom-make all our products here in The Humble HQ. On the side of The Humble Gift Co., Tea is a busy mum of five, and Chantelle has a young son and is a dedicated RN. 

We strive to get all our orders out within our two-week turnaround time (unless express processing is selected). However, there are times when life gets in the way, or the order volume is so high that it simply takes us a little longer to fulfil all your orders. We will always get in touch with you to let you know if there is a delay, and our inbox is always open for you to reach out.

Regarding event signage, if your wedding or event is more than 3 months away, we may take a little longer than our standard processing time to complete your order.
